Your mission
As we expand rapidly across NATO countries, we are looking for a commercial builder to own our international growth and bring our capabilities to the units that need them most. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a unique blend of strategic market-entry expertise and real-world operational experience. Someone who is eager to own the full go-to-market strategy, including lead generation, distributor relationships, end-user engagement and execution.You will be responsible for expanding our presence across NATO member states, establishing early market footholds, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders in defence, special forces, and elite law enforcement communities.

Your profile
Key Responsibilities- Own the full commercial pipeline, from market mapping and lead gen to closed deals with both distributors and end users.
- Drive and refine the go-to-market strategy, working closely with the MD to set positioning, channels, pricing and priorities.
- Develop and manage the distributor ecosystem, expanding performance and coverage while retaining direct contact with key end users and unit commanders.
- Leverage your operational background to translate complex capabilities into compelling demonstrations, field engagements and scenario-driven evaluations.
- Build and expand relationships with defence ministries, elite units, procurement bodies, and integrators to expand influence and opportunity creation.
- Travel regularly across Europe for demos, events, field trials, and relationship-building.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven commercial experience.
- Former service in special forces or elite police tactical units.
- Strong professional network.
- Ability to deliver hands-on field demonstrations with technical understanding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in the Netherlands.
